Speed is the most recruit able and differentiating skill in sports. Period. For those trying to add speed to their toolbox, this workshop series will give you the tools you need to develop and add acceleration, velocity and agility to your game. All sports and positions welcome! (Age 12+)

About the event
Speed 101 is designed to give young athletes a foundation of which to build their speed development on for their respective sports and teams. USTAF Master level speed coach and CFL great Kamau Peterson brings his weath of knowledge and expertise to help build sound speed principles into the regions athletes.
Each workshop contains:
- Electronic velocity timing
- Proper start technique and instruction
- Combine trade tricks and technique
- Acceleration and velocity building drills
