BASE BUILD 2024

Build your strength & speed base before the Holidays!


About This Program

Base Build is the precursor to our Winter Sport Speed program, and gives up to 6 weeks of speed and power programming. Those finishing a season, or looking to come into the winter program more ready, and with less rust will find this program does the trick. This is also a great program for beginners, needing a bit more time to work on their sprint form and efficiency. Base Build covers all levels of speed required in ground sports, (burst, acceleration, velocity, agility, top end speed) over 2 group sessions per week. Great for all ground based sport athletes (soccer, football, track & field, tennis, rugby, baseball, lacrosse) Other program components: STRENGTH - Through our native Teambuildr App, athletes will get one month of customized strength programming designed to build the foundations of their offseason winter work. NUTRITION - Each of our clients receives a monthly diet plan for as long as they're with us included in their package. Each plan comes complete with grocery list, and recipes for each meal. Dietary restrictions and weight targets are set through consultation before plans are created. Membership to the Toronto Track & Field Centre is required for this program. This program fits the criteria for child fitness tax credit if your child is under the age of 18. Ask us about it!


Cancellation Policy

Because our programs run in blocks, they are already pro-rated for block duration. We do not offer "per session" pricing. As a result, joining the program after it's start point, won't result in new pricing or refund.
